I would like reccomend this hotel for everyone who see my review, because for some reason : 1. Near to masjidil haram, 10 min by walk after the golf car drop you 2. Super Friendly staff, I like their work, the ways they’re treats the guest 3. The golf car is ready anytime, and you can call them anytime also when you need pick up. And they will coming very fast 4. The room was clean 5. Got super cheap price for 3night in 500 SAR

The rooms were good, decent. Clean rooms. If you just need a place to stay and sleep. They have a 24 hours golf cart service to drop you on the main road to Haram. From there it is about 10 mins walk.

This hotel is new, modern, clean & well maintained. The staffs were very nice & friendly. Specially the Manager Mr. Ehaab was a genuinely good big hearted guy with a welcoming smile on his face. Absolutely value for money. You won’t get better than this with this price range. I always prefer to stay Best Western, Ibis, Holiday Inn- these kind of chain business hotel wherever I go. I was very happy to get a BW hotel in Mecca, relatively close to Haram Sharif.

I truly appreciated the service; the hospitality was exceptional! Mr. Ihab (the manager), Mohammed, and the entire front desk team made our stay incredibly pleasant. They were very flexible in extending our checkout time, which was a great convenience for us. They are always available to assist with any questions or requests—absolutely nothing to complain about—this is truly a 5-star customer service experience! The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable—thank you so much! Having the 24/7 shuttle service available to take us back to the hotel made our stay and our trips to the Haram much easier. This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel, and it will undoubtedly be my go-to hotel every time I visit Makkah, inshaAllah. The value for money is incredible—this place is a hidden gem! Not to mention the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The staff takes the time to engage with their guests with genuine smiles and kindness. A big thank you to the team at Best Western Makkah!
